You can subscribe to it for important game announcements such as when reserves and apps open and when event logs are posted. Please do not send private Plurks to the mod account if you need to contact us, as it makes it harder for us to keep track of what has been answered. Instead, we highly encourage you to use the FAQ for any questions regarding the game, or to post here if you have any issues with the game itself, or suggestions you'd like to give the moderators. ANON IS TURNED ON, IP LOGGING IS TURNED OFF ▶ Feel free to leave anonymous comments if it makes you feel more comfortable. However for certain issues we will require the user to come to us unanon. FEEDBACK: ▶ Suggestions you have for improving the game ▶ Crit for the moderators ▶ Reporting problems regarding the game ▶ Any conflicts regarding other players that you feel need moderator aid ▶ Anything that you feel would require moderator help in general. FELLOW PLAYERS / POTIENTIAL PLAYER ISSUES ▶ We suggest that you try to speak with the player you have trouble with first before contacting us (but we understand that can't always be the case). ▶ If you know that a player who is applying to the game might cause issues, please contact us as soon as possible. This is the one time when we ask you to contact us unanon for us to take the matter seriously. Please give us proof of these issues and/or plagiarism so we can deal with them in a timely manner. Always assume we are not aware of situations that happened in other games. Even if you think 'they must know', let us know anyway. ▶ If you have an issue with a player in game, make sure to let us know who they are and who they play, and what you have an issue with. ▶ Whenever you can, provide examples to give us an idea of what is exactly wrong. If you already given crit to them about their character, link it to us as well to see what issues they would be aware of. ▶ As a general rule, we try to keep the complaints private between the moderators and yourself, so your identity is never given to the player you have an issue with. ▶ We will contact you again once we understand the issue and give you updates as the issue is resolved.
