Kaupangen, Skyes, Monterella Bornhornd and Marcy are the biggest residential areas. Richmond has a lot of richer people (wow they were amazing in their naming, I'll tell you what).
Pointe-à-Tarte is the best place for picnics and has a lot of spring trees. Royal Mount has an amusement park. Edit: Monterella has a waterfront restaurant district.
Warwick and Marcy (the lower) are huge business areas, and has several factories.
