Characters get to keep their outfits during the entire night, along with their weapons.
That depends on what the weaponry is and how much of it there are. For example, a character who has a cyborg arm that shoots bullets could use that to count as their 'gun'. Basically, you'd have to limit it to the same rules as everyone else, one physical-hitting weapon, one gun-like weapon.
Otherwise, the cyborg parts essentially become eye-candy and don't give them other advantages compared to other characters (if their legs let them jump high before, for example, that wouldn't work here)
